Order Cancellation:

  1. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us (help@meedenart.com)and provide your order number and state the reason.
  2. For orders that need to be canceled but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.
  3. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for a return after receiving the package.
  4. We will process your refund within 5 business days after we receive your return and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You'll receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed. (If no refund is received within 7 days, please contact us via email)

Return Policies:

  1. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted and we do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.
  2. All return/exchange items must be returned UNDAMAGED, UNUSED, and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
  3. Please DO NOT return to the address on the package received, which is not our return address. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and refunds.
  4. Return/exchange shipping fees for non-product quality issues are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. The shipping fee belongs to the shipping carrier which ships the parcel. We only charge the price of the items, so the shipping fee is not included in the refund.
  6. If your package is missing products or is damaged, please keep all packaging, especially the outer package for us to verify.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please understand that we do not accept refunds for Super Deluxe products for non-product issues.

Return Process:

Step 1: Initiate the Return Request,please contact our customer service team at help@meedenart.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Step 3: Once your return request has been approved, pack the products to be returned for mailing through the return address provided by us.

Refunds:

We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

You will receive a refund within 5 business days. (If no refund is received within 7 days, please contact us via email)

Please Note:

  1. Please do not send your item(s) to the sender's address listed on your package. This is not the return address and will delay the processing of your return & refund.
  2. Please make sure you have not included non-MEEDEN item(s) by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
  3. We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
