What countries do you ship to?
We are able to ship within the continental USA, Canada, Australia and UK. The availability of our products varies by region. Please carefully check the stock of products in your region before placing an order to avoid purchasing products that are out of stock.
What shipping service do you use?
UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics US, or other express chosen by our warehouse. Not able to designate courier.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses?
We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico at this time. We’re only able to ship within the continental USA.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

If I get a refund, how long will it take to be credited back to me?
We issue refunds immediately, however it is up to your banking institution as to when funds are made available, which is usually within 3-5 business days.
