I Absolutely love this easel. I have a beautiful handmade floor standing easel but sometimes i just want to work at my desk or coffee table. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. . . It was even nicer than I had expected. It's solidly built. . . Doesn't wobble and the drawing surface was solid when I applied a lot of pressure on it when I drew on it. Normally I always just basically work flat. . . So last night after receiving my easel I thought I'd work on my charcoal project for an up coming exhibition and I was very pleased with the easel. . . I totally didn't know what I was missing all this time. It was wonderful to draw on. . . and working on an angled surface was great for the very dusty charcoal bat drawing I was working on. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Just what I needed. My wife thought it should be black to match better in our den…so I painted it black like a smart husband.

I needed something that would hold a round drum with good stability. I got this and made two three inch long version of the bottom support. You could just cut the provided one but I didn't wan to do that. Now it supports the drum at three point and is rock steady.

I just received this yesterday and am soooooo very happy with it. It is sturdy sits evenly on top of my drawing table. Let me clarify-I have a big drawing table that can be adjusted but its just too heavy for me to adjust and readjust daily. Besides my drawing table also holds my pencils and things when I am working so raising it is not practical. I have worked flat for a while now and am basically bending over the table even though I am sitting down. Now a couple days ago I found this here on Amazon-and WHAT A FIND!!! Its so much easier for me to work and now I am not smudging the pastels unless I really want to smudge them! This is a great product at a great price. I am about to order more items from this company-like the 10 drawer storage for pencils and pastels. At last-I am getting set up in my studio the way I want to! Buy this-you will not be sorry- I promise! i have put a photo of my current project on the table easel above.

The easel can hold a painting that is larger than the backing board. It is sturdy and the angle can be adjusted easily. The bottom lip (1. 6") is flat so a painting could fall off if the angle isn't right. I'll add a few clips to the pre-drilled holes on the backing board to ensure the painting is secured in place. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.

Great product, works perfectly for my dad dad who had a stroke

I use this for art on the porch. I love how versatile it is and that I can take it anywhere in the house...even outside.

De tafelezel zakt in een plattere stand steeds naar beneden/dicht. Ik wilde hem gelijk terugsturen want hier heb ik niks aan (voor aquarel). De klantenservice reageert niet op mijn verzonden berichten. De service is dus superslecht! Voortaan maar beter aankopen via Amazon, want daar word je wel goed geholpen. Nu zit ik hier met een in de doos ingepakte ezel waar ik niks aan heb. Ik krijg niet eens een adres waar hij naar retour moet, laat staan het door mij gevraagde retourlabel.

The workmanship is great. I have been having a hard time tightening the screws so the board stays at my preferred angle. Have had to place a small pillow underneath the top. Just thought you should know.
Being able to angle helps me with wrist and arm challenges.

I've found this great for works that are too small to mount on my studio easel. A good compromise and excellent quality.

I haven’t yet tried it out but pretty sure I’m going to like using it for small paintings and drawings. Came fully assembled light weight easily adjustable. Delivery was rapid and item came without damage.

My first order was damaged and a replacement was sent. I am happy with my purchase. The board is light weight and can be folded for storage. The quality is very good.

So far it has been great. Sturdy and functional just what I need to paint.

I love this easel. It's not cheaply made at all. Very solid and I really like all the adjustments you can make. It also holds my 18" X 24" drawing board without any issues. Highly recommend.
