Every artist carries a universe within—stories waiting to be shaped, colors longing to spill, and a voice that echoes beyond the canvas. In this edition of MEEDEN Meets The Artist, we step into the vibrant world of Regiena(@yourlittleartist), a sculptor and painter who transforms vulnerability into visceral art.
From childhood inspiration to her first story-driven sale, she shares how meditation fuels her work and why MEEDEN’s pastel acrylics feel ‘like butter.’ Her advice? ‘Compare less, create more—your chapter 1 is someone else’s chapter 10.’ Discover her creative alchemy, favorite tools, and hard-won wisdom.

Regiena (@yourlittleartist)
Q: How did your artistic journey begin?
A: My artistic journey began at five years old—though art wasn’t my initial career path, that early spark ironically set the course for my life. I’ve come to believe the dreams planted in our hearts are there for a reason.

"The Unseen Progress"
Q: What’s been your most memorable milestone as an artist?
A: One of my most unforgettable moments was making my first sale from a piece where I’d vulnerably shared its story. Seeing someone deeply resonate with it was incredibly heartwarming.
"Becoming One With The Self"
Q: How do you stay inspired creatively?
A: Repetition can breed consistency but also dim the creative spark over time. To keep mine alive, I romanticize my art-making days. When I need fresh ideas, I turn to quiet meditation—clearing mental space invites new inspiration effortlessly.
"Living The Dream"
Q: How did you discover MEEDEN, and what was your first impression?
A: I first tried a MEEDEN product last April (their Adjustable Large H-Frame Art Easel!) and loved its quality and easy assembly.
Q: Do you have a favorite MEEDEN product right now?
A: Right now, I’m obsessed with their pastel acrylic paints! Though I primarily sculpt, I use these paints for personal work—the colors are gorgeous, and the consistency blends like butter. Pure comfort!
Q: What advice would you give to aspiring artists just starting out?
A: To beginners: avoid comparison and ego. You’ll always find someone “better,” but that’s because you’re comparing your chapter 1 to their chapter 10. Focus on honing your skills and owning your journey. Everyone starts somewhere.
Q: How would you describe your signature style, and what tips would you share for artists drawn to it?
A: If anyone feels inspired by my style: we clearly share something special, and I love that! But don’t rob yourself of the joy in creating your own magic. Make art that truly represents you.
Q: Where can people find and support your work?
A: You can follow and support my work on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, and YouTube @yourlittleartist__.
